I don't do free work, even for friends! However, I may take requests in certain contexts like for emotes and assets (usually with the intention to then sell) and if I need more portfolio examples and such.

General
Accepted payment methods can be found under the 'Payment' heading! Prices are in USD!
My commissions are technically first-come, first-serve unless you prove to be incapable to work with or give a request that I'm uncomfortable with!
If you do not have your details and references ready, I will push you down in the queue until I receive the assets. I suggest waiting to send in a request unless you don't mind this!
I will only hold onto your files through Google Drive for up to 1 month due to space. Please download and backup your files. If I have sent the files through Discord, this is not a worry for you unless you delete your account.
I will start on your commission once either full or half (50%) of the payment is received. If paying only half and half (50%) upfront, I will not give you the files to your commission until it is paid in full. YCH's are not allowed to have half payments.
If your commission is accepted and the invoice has been sent, I will wait up to 2 days for payment/acceptance. Otherwise, your commission will be paused and pushed down in the queue until yours is paid (unless you give me a heads-up prior). However, if there's no response after a week, I will cancel the commission.
I will not work with you if you intentionally give me assets/references made by AI or NFTs.
I am allowed to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable with.
Please do not edit, change, redistribute, or resell my work without my permission!
I am not responsible for your commission not being accepted by Twitch, etc. That is your responsibility as the commissioner to ensure it will be allowed. You are also responsible for making sure the designs are allowed to be used in the commission (aside from requests of fandom characters).
You do not have permission to use my work for AI or NFT purposes!
Use
Any item you buy from Ko-Fi or from commissioning me must be credited properly! You must credit me on your Twitch/YouTube/etc. with a link to either my Twitter, Twitch, or where you bought the item from!
Do not claim my work as your own or redistribute/sell my works! You do not have my permission.
All my assets/works are for personal use only, including Twitch and YouTube use. If you will use my work outside of Twitch, YouTube, or personal enjoyment, then let me know where else you will use it so I can know whether there's an extra fee. If you want to use my work for commercial purposes, discuss it with me so we can figure out a payment (either a one-time fee or a percentage of sales).
Revisions
You're allowed up to 5 revisions, otherwise, there will be a fee of $5 per revision. If it is my own fault (i.e. forgetting a detail, misuse of colors, etc.), the fee won't apply.
Payment
I accept PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, VGen payment, Ko-Fi, and StreamElements donations as payment! I also accept Throne gifting if you buy a gift equivalent to the commission price! Just let me know what payment process you choose while discussing/requesting the commission from me!
I have the right to cancel orders I am uncomfortable with doing or if you become uncomfortable to work with. I will also cancel the order if I get into any emergencies and cannot finish the order. If any situations like these occur, I will provide a full refund.
If I accept your commission, you have two days to respond and pay the invoice. If there is no response or payment, I will push you down the queue unless prior communication about a situation. If there is no response after a week, I will cancel the commission.
If you aren't able to pay until a certain date, please let me know and I'll pause your commission, but I'd prefer you requesting a commission when you're ready and have the funds.
I accept payment plans other than the upfront or 'half and half' I provide! Discuss it with me, but do keep in mind that payment plans mean that I will not continue until I get each payment and I will not give the files until the entire amount is paid!
Once I finish your commission, you are not allowed to request a chargeback. If you do happen to do so, I will never work with you again and I will not only block you on all social media, but I will warn others about your actions.
I will be posting your commissions/assets to my social media to use for my portfolio. If you wish for me to not do so, then let me know as there will be an additional fee. If you just want me to keep it private until a certain date, again, let me know, as there is also another fee with that situation.
Easy revisions have no additional fees, but difficult or ones that take time do have additional fees.
Refunds
If I have not started on your commission and you want a refund, let me know, but you are responsible for transaction fees.
Once I start your commission, you can get a 50% refund after sketch, but there is no refund after lineart. This also applies to any payment plans. If you haven't received your piece after the deadline and it has passed 2 months without prior communication from me, you're entitled to a full refund.
I have the right to cancel orders I am uncomfortable with doing. If that occurs, you will get a full refund.
If there are revisions that seem difficult or change most of the design, there will be additional fees or a chance of a refund if I don't believe I can adhere to them.
If we agree to a deadline and I miss it, you are entitled to a 50% refund minus transaction fees. This does not apply if it is delayed on your part by revisions close to the deadline or not responding in a timely manner or if you agree to a new deadline / opt to wait.
Deadlines, Delivery, Updates, and Communication
All estimated delivery dates can be found in the information given for each commission category.
Do know that the delivery dates correlate to when I start your commission, not when you request it. I will tell you when I start on it.
If, for some reason, I am unable to meet these deadlines, you will be notified ASAP.
I will be sending updates/WIPs of the commission every time I make progress on it to make sure you are in the loop about your order and to make it easy for you to request changes. Feel free to ask for updates anytime though. Please do respond in a timely manner as I need to know if revisions are needed so I can make those on time. If you take more than 36 hours to respond, I'm not responsible if the project gets delayed due to delayed communication on your part.
Once I have finished your commission, I will send an extremely watermarked sample for review to go over one final time before I email the files to you or send it through VGen (with a smaller and subtle watermark).
Once approved by you, I will not accept any further change requests unless it is my own wrongdoing. Otherwise, hope you enjoy!
If you aren't the one who contacts me first, then I will be reaching out to you via VGen messages, Twitter, or Discord!

How do I commission?
Please fill out the form on my VGen page if slots are open. If you DM me on Twitter or Discord, I will redirect you to VGen unless you have a special situation where you can't use the site.
Have patience waiting for me to make a decision about your request!
If I accept your request, I will send a proposal through VGen with the price, or I will just tell you the price through DMs and wait for you to approve the price.
You must then pay either full or half before I start your commission.
Once payment is received, I will add you to my queue and send you updates regularly.
What is each category for?
General art contains art of fandom characters and original designs provided by people! There are busts, halfbodies, fullbodies, reference sheets, etc.
Thumbnails refer to art of YouTube thumbnails I may have done for myself or other people!
Backgrounds are self-explanatory and are just static background-focused art.
Animations are also self-explanatory and contain 2D animation, storyboarding, and animatics.
Emotes refer to art used as reactions usually in Twitch or YouTube streams or Discord servers.
Stream assets refer to everything a streamer could use for their channel other than emotes. This includes: overlays, panels, badges, chat boxes, channel point icons, sub/bit badges, webcam borders, etc.
Animated BGs and stingers are .webp or .mov files that people use as transitions or for other purposes during streams.
PNGTuber models are custom PNG models of your character that include 4 emotions.
Twitch packages are for multiple stream assets all at once!
Miscellaneous is for art that likely won't get asked often from me but are things I'm aware of and offer. (i.e. logos, stream schedules, wallpapers, etc.)

Can I DM you to be friends?
Please only contact me if you are looking for a commission! I'm not really looking for new friendships unless I initiate the contact myself.
What programs do you use?
For general art, BGs, emotes, models, and stream assets, I use FireAlpaca, Clip Studio Paint, and currently learning Photoshop!
Storyboards, animatics, and animations use Adobe Animate and Clip Studio Paint.
Animated BGs and stingers are made with Animate and CSP as well.
What do I need to commission?
Please have references or details ready (with permission to use the design of).
Please let me know what you'd like and be as detailed as possible, however, I will still ask questions in order to prevent me missing anything.
I am a person who asks questions regularly, so please do not get annoyed with that as I am just trying to make your commission as perfect as possible to prevent myself from having to charge for revisions.
Color palette + mood board + songs + etc. are all acceptable uses of references and details.
Please be patient with me as I can get anxious with commissions!
Can I reserve a slot if my assets aren't ready yet?
I would heavily prefer reserving slots when your assets/details are ready as you will be pushed down the queue or paused until they are ready. If you are on the waitlist, you do not need assets immediately and can take your time until I get to your queue on the waitlist.
Can you replicate art styles?
I can definitely try my best! I usually accept a request for a specific art style unless it is difficult (i.e. full realism, abstract, etc.), but just ask and I'll let you know! If I finish the sketch and want a refund due to dissatisfaction with how I attempted the style, my refund policy still stands and you will still only get 50%.
Do you have a waitlist?
If all regular slots are taken, then yes I do! The waitlist does still have a limit as well and, if it closes, it will not reopen until the next month.
How long does a commission take?
All estimated delivery dates can be found in the information given for each commission category. Everything should take up to two weeks max (aside from animatics/animations or Twitch packages or those with multiple commissions) unless I communicate otherwise.
Can I request multiple commissions?
Yes, you can request up to 3 commissions until I finish them all before you can request any more. Do note that delivery estimates are for each commission, so if you request multiple, I need time for each of them.
Do you do art trades?
I do not anymore due to bad experiences and would only do so with friends nowadays.
How did you learn to draw/animate/make assets and stingers, etc.?
Years of practice, tutorials, and being inspired by other artists! I also took classes, but those didn't help me improve in my experience, so figure out what helps you, yourself, the most!

Absolutely fine and love to see it! Though please NO genderbend and NO dresses/skirts, I am VERY uncomfortable with that :') I don't mind blood or gore! And I don't really care if it's NSFW lol (as long as it is only of my sona, please oh god, but tag it accordingly). Also, in art, do not make the skin color of my sona any lighter than the reference as I and my sona are both people of color.
AUs are fine, and shipping I don't care as the other party is either fictional or doesn't mind their sona being shipped.

You're allowed to sell and monetize fan merchandise as long as it is of your own making, not similar to existing official merch, and you do not take other people's work unless there was prior consent. Creative writing about me is fine! Especially if it's angsty! Just please no NSFW fanfiction, and no scenarios with genderbend or putting me/my sona in a dress/skirt. And if it has romantic topics, I would prefer for it to be gay as I (and by extension, my sona) am gay, but it's fine if you make it straight haha. I'm fine with most jokes, but here are some that I'm uncomfy with: unironic jokes about my fears (such as spiders/certain insects), making fun of my interests (unless it's sarcastic), doxxing jokes, etc. and I'll add more later when I see fit.⋇ Nicknames/Real Name
I wish heavily to be called Edd by my community. If you hear my friends call me other nicknames or even my full first name ironically, please do not use it yourself, even as a joke unless I give explicit permission. There are also other instances where my full real name comes up, even though it is not a secret, please do not spread it around or call me by my full name, and do not mention to me "Oh, is this your name? :0".⋇ Posting Old Content
If you find VERY old content/art of mine, please do not repost it or spread it around. Not that it has anything bad, but it just makes me uncomfy for some reason (and cringe), so please don't do that. :)
